PLEASE NOTE:  USPS can only track shipments that are shipped Express Mail.
 If you would like us to ship USPS anyway, we are not responsible for your package.
Lost or Damaged packages shipped USPS are at the customer's expense.
 

           ****** UPS/United Parcel Service and FedEx Ground /Home Delivery ******

These carriers do not deliver to a Post Office Box. We need your full street address.

Are you considered Residential or Commercial? This is how your Shipping Company determines what rate to charge you.
Residential Deliveries: any person or persons operating a business out of their home.
Commercial Deliveries: any person or persons operating a business out of a commercial building.

International Shipments: For your convenience, we ship worldwide Via UPS Standard, Expedited and Express

All first time orders are shipped on a credit card basis. We are no longer accepting CODs.
A Credit Application must be completed and approved in order to pay company check or Net 30 terms.
We gladly accept Credit Card payments, they  must be made with a (Visa, Master Card or Discover Card).

Schools & Institutions: Orders must be on a signed purchase order. For all credit accounts terms are either Net 10 or Net 30 days with a 1.5% per month charge on balance due over 35 days. There is a minimum finance charge of $0.50 per month on all outstanding balances under $10.00. Please note that new orders cannot be shipped if there is an outstanding balance. In order for us to bill you we must have a purchase order number.

Claims & Damages: Inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any losses or damages to us within 30 days of receipt. If your order is damaged, keep the box and all packing materials and contact us at
1-800-2-BUY-DYE immediately.

Returns: Please contact us by mail, phone, fax, or email before returning anything. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. You must have a return authorization number to receive a refund or replacement. Items returned for refund must be unopened and undamaged (unless by shipping). Books, DVDs and Videos are non-returnable. There is no credit given for material returned without authorization. If your order is returned, all shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee is applied to your account. This balance must be paid prior to shipping any future orders. If your check is returned, for whatever reason, you must submit a new check for the total plus a $25.00 returned check charge.
Cancelled Orders, if an order is placed and not cancelled within 24 hours, most likely it is already
packaged and shipped. A 25% restocking fee will be applied.
